Metal Point-of-Purchase Displays

K-Display manufactures metal point-of-purchase displays around the products you need to present. Shelves, supports, branded surfaces, finish, and assembly are coordinated to fit your merchandising layout and the way displays will be installed and replenished.

Build the display around the merchandise

A successful POP display gives each product a clear position and makes restocking practical. Package dimensions, shelf pitch, product stops, and access for replenishment shape the metalwork before the final finish is applied.

We manufacture the display structure and specified accessories, with graphics and assembly brought into the same production scope. Define whether each unit arrives assembled or packed as identified components for installation.

The detached shelf shows how its tabs engage the upright slots. Merchandise size and presentation help determine shelf depth and spacing.

What we manufacture

Display frames and bases
Fabricated structures matched to the footprint and merchandise arrangement in your design.
Shelves and product supports
Formed trays, dividers, stops, and brackets that position the selected merchandise.
Headers and graphic panels
Metal surfaces and attachment provisions for approved artwork and display identification.
Assembly components
Specified fasteners, connecting parts, and hardware supplied in the agreed assembly or kit.

The interfaces that determine fit

Merchandise fit
Provide actual package dimensions and weights, facing count, and shelf layout. Allow for the way shoppers remove products and staff refill them.
Stability and attachment
Identify loading patterns, footprint limits, and any anchorage or stability criteria from your display design. A heavily stocked upper shelf changes the complete assembly’s behavior.
Visible finish and artwork
Mark customer-facing surfaces and provide color, texture, and approved artwork. Agree which joins and fasteners may remain visible.
Rollout and replenishment
Define installation tools, assembly sequence, refill access, and packing plan. These decisions affect joints and removable parts.

Take the merchandise layout into production

Fabrication, visible finish, graphics, and the delivery format are planned around the same display design.

  1. Review the product presentation

Check the merchandise envelope, shelf arrangement, display footprint, and installation requirements.

  2. Fabricate and finish the parts

Produce the structure and supports, then coordinate visible finish and approved graphics.

  3. Prepare the rollout units

Assemble or kit the agreed parts and identify the packaging and labeling required for each destination.

Make replenishment part of the layout

Shelf spacing needs to leave room to lift merchandise over the front lip and out from beneath the shelf above. Show the package in its stocked position and the path it takes when removed.

Share representative package sizes and identify shelves or product stops that need to be removable. We can review these details alongside the shelf positions and attachment points in your display drawings.

Two display shelves with merchandise on the lower shelf. One package is lifted above the highlighted front lip; an arrow shows its removal path beneath the upper shelf.
