Kiosk Enclosures
K-Display fabricates kiosk cabinets, bezels, and mounting parts around your selected screen and peripherals. We coordinate the public-facing surfaces with internal access so your integrator can install, connect, and service the devices in the finished enclosure.
Fit the devices and the service workflow
Retail, check-in, payment, and other self-service kiosks share a practical challenge: the public face must present the devices clearly while the cabinet preserves access behind them. Start with the actual device models and their mounting drawings.
Our supplied scope is the fabricated enclosure and agreed mechanical hardware, finish, graphics, and assembly. Identify screens, payment devices, printers, cabling, and their installation responsibilities in the project bill of materials.

The public-facing openings locate the devices, while the highlighted internal plate and side access show the separate mounting and servicing space behind them.
What we manufacture
- Cabinet bodies and bases
- Formed housings and fabricated supports matched to the kiosk footprint and mounting design.
- Bezels and device panels
- Screen, scanner, printer, and control openings placed to your selected-device layout.
- Internal mounting parts
- Plates, trays, and brackets that support the specified electronics and peripherals.
- Service doors and covers
- Access parts with specified hinges and locks arranged around maintenance tasks.
The interfaces that determine fit
- Exact device interfaces
- Provide cutouts, fastening details, rear projections, connector positions, and replacement clearances for each device model.
- Public access and placement
- Supply the intended user approach, device heights, reach requirements, and installation context. Accessibility criteria inform the enclosure layout and finished installation.
- Routine maintenance
- Show paper-roll changes, consumable access, device removal, and door swing. A device fitting inside the cabinet does not guarantee it can be serviced there.
- Airflow and cable routing
- Locate ventilation and cable passages from the system design, with space for connections and protection at sheet-metal edges.
Coordinate the outside face with inside access
The same device layout guides the enclosure apertures, mounting plates, service panels, and finishing scope.
Review the device arrangement
Check device drawings against the public face, mounting pattern, cable paths, and service openings.
Fabricate the cabinet parts
Produce the enclosure, bezels, and mounts with the specified hardware provisions.
Finish for integration
Complete finish and approved graphics, then supply the agreed mechanical assembly for device installation.
Make the paper roll easy to replace
A service door can open fully while the printer’s own cover still hits the cabinet. In this representative layout, the printer stays on its mount as the cover opens and the roll lifts out through the side opening.
Allow space for the full replacement roll, not just the empty core. Following the selected printer’s loading sequence through to closing its cover reveals where a shelf, door return, or cable route would interrupt the task before the enclosure layout is fixed.
