K-Display fabricates industrial carts and dollies around your parts and handling workflow. Frames, decks, shelves and caster mounts are coordinated with the payload, purchased hardware and assembly condition defined in your project.
Start with what the cart carries
A cart for a tall assembly needs different support and access from a low parts dolly. Share the payload shape, support points and route through the facility so the fabrication review covers the real handling arrangement.
The highlighted plates connect the cart frame to its casters. Their hole pattern and position must match the selected casters and the cart layout.

- Welded bases and uprights to the released layout and load requirements.

- Formed platforms, trays and shelf panels around the supported parts.
- Handles and retaining features
- Specified push handles, stops and brackets for handling and part location.
- Caster mounting plates
- Plates and hole patterns for the selected wheels, casters and brakes.
Match the structure to the handling task
- Payload distribution
- Provide payload mass, support points and center-of-gravity information. A concentrated or offset load differs from an evenly loaded deck.
- Casters and floor conditions
- Specify caster models and describe thresholds, debris, slopes and travel speed. Adding four caster ratings does not establish the finished cart capacity.
- Movement and clearance
- Show aisle width, turning space and handle access, and identify manual, towed or powered movement.
- Contact and retention
- Identify surfaces that touch the carried part, protective inserts and the released restraint details.
Build the frame around the selected hardware
Resolve deck, handle and wheel interfaces as one assembly.
Review the load and layout package
Confirm approved frame geometry, caster selection and part support features.
Fabricate the metal assembly
Cut, form and weld frames and decks with the specified mounting patterns.
Finish and assemble
Coordinate coating and purchased components, supplying the agreed cart assembly or fabricated kit.
Leave room to load and unload
A part can fit on the lower shelf and still be difficult to load. The clear opening between uprights, the shelf above, and any retaining edges determines the path into and out of the cart.
Show the payload in its carried position and during loading, including any projecting feet or fittings. Identify how it is handled and where it needs support so we can review the shelf, handle, and frame layout together.
