Define the metalwork around the conveyor
Side covers, guard panels and mounting brackets each meet a different part of the conveyor. Identify the supplied components and mating rail or frame geometry so the review stays focused on the fabricated parts your system needs.
The gray conveyor segment provides context for the orange side cover and offset mounting brackets. Their shape and attachment positions must match the rail and leave the required service path clear.

Keep adjustment points reachable
An adjuster can be visible through a cover opening and still be awkward to use. The socket needs a straight approach to the bolt, and the handle needs room to turn without striking a bracket or adjacent cover.
Check that tool path with the surrounding metalwork fitted, using the conveyor designer’s specified service arrangement. The illustration shows a removable access cover while the mounting bracket stays in place. Follow the equipment’s isolation procedure before removing covers, and restore the specified guarding before operation.
