Fit the housing around the operator
The operator envelope includes more than the motor. Cover removal, wiring entries, drive connections, and access to adjustments all influence the surrounding metalwork.
Define whether you need an outer shroud, a controls enclosure, or an equipped mechanical housing. The agreed supply scope covers fabricated parts and specified hardware; electrical integration and system evaluation need their own defined responsibility.
The plate locates components while the cover defines service access. Cable entries and closure details belong in the enclosure design.

Finish and install agreed hardware, with inspection at the identified closure and mounting features.
Keep the hand-chain path clear
On an operator equipped for manual chain operation, the chain must remain reachable with the housing fitted. Both strands also need a clear path through the enclosure opening; a nearby mounting bracket or folded edge can obstruct the chain even when the hanging loop is easy to reach.
Review the installed arrangement with the cover closed and the chain in its operating path. The selected operator’s instructions determine chain routing and any engagement controls; coordinate the housing opening and surrounding metalwork around that arrangement.
